Every student and staff member at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµhas an , as part of the suite, which also gives access to other Apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. It is expected that you will use your ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµemail address whenever you need to email your lecturers, tutors, or other ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµstaff members. Avoid using your personal email accounts to email ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµstaff, as it is better to keep all your ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµcorrespondence in your official ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµemail account. You can access your email or on your device. Students have a responsibility to check their ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµemail regularly for important communications.
Zoom
Many courses use Zoom to provide tutorials, office hours, seminars and lectures. on your computer can be found in the Service Desk Knowledge Base. Some courses may use other video conferencing tools, such as Microsoft Teams. You can access Microsoft Teams through the , click 'Login to Office 365' and then sign in with your University ID and password.

On campus there is additional software that can be accessed through the (over 1,500 computers in Labs, Group Study Rooms and Teaching and Learning spaces located across campus). The language on any Information Commons computer can be changed, letting you to type in languages other than English.
