Disclosure log

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, Ƶis required to publish a disclosure log on its website. The disclosure log lists documents which have been released in response to FOI access requests in accordance with the requirements of the FOI Act. For documents released from 1 January 2021, the disclosure log will contain the documents released under FOI. For access to documents released prior to 1 January 2021, please send an email to foi@anu.edu.au.

Agencies are required to publish details of documents released under the FOI Act within ten working days of an applicant being given access to the documents.

The disclosure log requirement does not apply to documents released under the FOI Act containing personal or business information that Ƶconsiders would be unreasonable to publish.

At the Audit and Risk Management Committee meeting held on 13 March 2025 (meeting 2/2025), the minutes record that the Chair noted that there is now a more robust procedure in place to address conflicts of interest for Council members.

 

I request access to any documents that describe or constitute this more robust procedure. Please include in scope any document that was updated or introduced prior to or around the time of the March 2025 ARMC meeting that reflects the more robust procedure referred to by the Chair; and any covering paper, briefing note or advice prepared in connection with the introduction or update of that procedure.

    3. All documents that the ƵCouncil considered between 1 March 2026 and 31 March 2026 (inclusive) in relation to its note recorded in the 31 March 2026 meeting minutes that there was “misinformation in media reporting regarding the need for financial reform at Ƶover recent years”.
