AHEGS

The Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) is an official document that explains your qualification, studies, ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµand the Australian higher education system. It is designed to help employers, education providers and other organisations understand Australian qualifications.

Conferring soon?

You will be issued an electronic AHEGS through My eQuals shortly after your qualification is conferred.

Purchasing a physical copy of your AHEGS 


Before you order

AHEGS are only available for ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµqualifications awarded (conferred) in December 2009 or later. 

If your qualification was:

  • Conferred before December 2009: an AHEGS is not available. You may wish to purchase an Academic Transcript instead.
  • Conferred in July 2010 or later: an electronic AHEGS has been issued to you through My eQuals. If an electronic copy meets your needs, you may not need to purchase a physical copy.
  • Not yet conferred: you will need to wait until after your qualification has been conferred before an AHEGS can be issued. 

How to order

  1. Complete an form.
  2. Email the completed form to student@anu.edu.au 
  3. Attach a colour copy of government-issued photo identification
The form details document and delivery charges and you can choose in person collection, domestic or international express postage. 

Your identification document will be used to verify your identity and locate your student record, then deleted once these checks are complete. 
 
 

After you submit

ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµStudent Hubs will review your request and email you with the confirmed total cost and a secure online payment link. 
 
Once payment is received, your physical AHEGS will generally be prepared within 5 business days. If you select postage, delivery time is additional. We will email you when your order has been processed and provide postage tracking details where applicable.
