The name on your Testamur(s)

Your name will appear on your Testamur exactly as it is recorded in ANUHub. As the Testamur is a legal document, it can only display your legal name and cannot include nicknames, shortened or diminutive forms of your name, or initials.

You should check how your name is recorded on via this pathway: 
NavBar (compass icon) > Menu > ANUHub > Personal Data > Profile (see "Primary Name")

To correct or change the way your name is recorded ANUHub, you must submit a Change of Name, Title or Date of Birth form by 3 December 2026.

Your mailing address and contact phone number

Please ensure your mailing address and phone number(s) are up to date and recorded in English in . If you are not collecting your Testamur(s) in person following conferral, these details will be used to arrange delivery.

NavBar (compass icon) > Menu > ANUHub > Personal Data > Profile

Please note: 

• We cannot deliver Testamurs to PO Box addresses.
• If you provide an international mailing address, please also provide an international contact number for the courier.
• There is no charge for the initial postage of your Testamur(s). If your Testamur(s) is returned to ANU, charges may apply for re-postage.

You only need to respond via if you do not wish to have your award(s) conferred in the upcoming conferral round.

If you do not respond, your award(s) will be automatically conferred on 21 December 2026.

Your award/s will not be conferred if you have any outstanding financial or administrative obligations to the University. Please ensure all outstanding obligations are resolved well in advance of the conferral date to avoid delays to your conferral.

In the weeks leading up to conferral, you may receive email communications about outstanding obligations that require action. Please monitor your ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵemail account and resolve any outstanding requirements by the specified deadlines.

Common obligations include:

• Tuition fees
• Accommodation fees
• Unique Student Identifier (USI) requirements
• Library fees and fines
• RRR requirements (for students who commenced their studies in Semester 1 2026 only)

Your physical Testamur(s) will be available following conferral. You can choose to:

• collect your Testamur(s) in person;
• have your Testamur(s) posted to you; or
• nominate a third party to collect your Testamur(s) on your behalf.

A Microsoft Form will be included in your Conferral Notification for you to advise how you would like to receive your Testamur(s).

Note: You will receive free electronic copies of your Testamur(s), Academic Transcript and AHEGS within 72 hours of your conferral. These documents will be securely issued through My eQuals and available for you to access online.

Your final eligibility status will be available to view in from 9 am on 15 December 2026.
